What do patios and terraces in Lisbon need?
In Lisbon, outdoor space is often a roof terrace or an inner courtyard. Both collect city dust and pigeon droppings, and a roof terrace in full sun bakes the dirt into the tiles.
Under the tiles of a roof terrace there is usually a waterproof layer. High pressure on weak grout can let water through to the flat below.

How does patio cleaning work in Lisbon?
Grout and seals checked
We look at the grout and the edges before we start and skip the spots that would let water in.
Low pressure only
We clean roof terraces at low pressure with a surface cleaner, never with a narrow jet.
Droppings treated first
Pigeon droppings get a cleaner and some time before the rinse, so they come off without scrubbing the tile.

What does patio cleaning cost in Lisbon?
It depends on the size, the tiles and how we get the equipment up. Send two or three photos and tell us the floor. You get a free quote, and we confirm it on site before we start.
Can pressure washing cause a leak on a roof terrace?
It can, with high pressure on loose grout. We check the grout first, use low pressure and tell you where repairs are needed.
How do you get the equipment up?
By lift or by the stairs. Tell us the floor, and whether there is a lift, when you send the photos.
